SafeNominee is operated by Bitlooper LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We build secure technology to help individuals — especially Non-Resident Indians — organise their important documents and pass on access to the people they trust.

What SafeNominee does

• A secure document vault — store your important documents in an encrypted vault, available across your devices.
• Digital legacy — designate nominees who can receive access to your vault if your account becomes inactive, after reminders and a grace period you control.
• Estate-services coordination — optionally connect with independent professionals (Chartered Accountants, advocates, and others) for estate-related help.

What SafeNominee is not

SafeNominee is a technology and facilitation platform. It is not a law firm, a financial or tax advisor, a will or succession service, or a guarantor of any outcome. Designating a nominee grants access to documents — it does not transfer ownership of any asset or make anyone your legal heir. For estate planning, please make a valid will and consult a qualified professional.

Our commitment

• Security first — encryption, access controls, and continuous hardening.
• Transparency — we clearly disclose how the service works, including that we are technically able to access vault contents to enable recovery and nominee handover (we are not "zero-knowledge").
• Your control — deactivate or delete your account at any time.
