SafeNominee is a vault where Indian families keep their wills, policies, property papers and account details, and name who should receive them. When somebody dies, the family is handed organised access — and then needs a professional to actually claim any of it.
That is where you come in. They arrive having already gathered their documents, already knowing what the deceased held, and already expecting to pay for professional help.
What you get
- No months of chasing documents. The papers are gathered and the accounts listed before the case reaches you.
- Your fee is yours. You set it, and we take no share of it. Our service fee is charged to the family separately, and capped at ₹1,000 however large the case.
- Paid on authorisation. The money is held and released to you when the family confirms the work is done — not on our payment cycle.
- A relationship, not a one-off. You earn again each time that family renews.
How a case reaches you
- A family opens a case for what they need — a succession certificate, a bank or insurance claim, a property or vehicle transfer.
- It is offered to firms covering that PIN code. You see the work and the fee before you accept, and you can decline without penalty.
- You accept, agree the fee, and do the work — talking to the family through the case, with the documents already in front of you.
- You raise payment requests as the work progresses. The family pays; you are paid on authorisation.
What you need to join
- PAN (mandatory), and the KYC documents for your entity type
- The PIN codes you actually work in
- The services you want to take — you choose; nothing is assigned to you
Being early
SafeNominee is new. There is no queue of cases waiting, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
What being early gets you is first claim on your PIN codes before they are taken, and a direct line to the people building it — the terms above exist because partners asked for them. If that is not interesting yet, ask us again in six months. We would rather you joined when it is worth your time.
Apply
The application asks for your PAN and KYC documents, the PIN codes you cover, and the services you want to take. If you do not have an account yet you will be asked to create one first — it takes a minute, and you will be returned to the application straight after.
